Data Deletion Instructions

Account data

Delete your account in the app

If the in-app account deletion option is available for your account, open Car Dealer Tracker, go to Account or Settings, and use the account deletion option. This starts deletion for your account and associated cloud data according to the app flow.

Request deletion by email

You can also request deletion by emailing aydmaxx@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Car Dealer Tracker account. Include "Car Dealer Tracker data deletion request" in the subject line and tell us which account or organization should be deleted.

What may be deleted

Deletion may include account profile information, organization records, vehicles, expenses, sales, clients, parts, debts, reports, cloud-synced images, and related app data associated with the account or organization you identify.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, app store purchase history, backups, or legitimate service operations. Subscription billing records are handled by the relevant app store and RevenueCat.

Timing

We will review deletion requests and may ask for confirmation that you control the account before deleting data. Backup copies and provider logs may take additional time to expire according to service retention policies.
