Official account deletion page
This page applies to the Car Dealer Tracker mobile app for Android, iPhone, and iPad. On Google Play, the app uses package ID com.ezcar24.business and is published by Shokhabbos Makhmudov.
Delete your account in the app
Open Car Dealer Tracker and sign in to the account you want to delete. Open Settings, choose Delete Account & Data, and confirm the deletion. This starts the authenticated deletion process for your account and associated cloud data.
Request deletion without the app
Email aydmaxx@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Car Dealer Tracker account. Use the subject Car Dealer Tracker account deletion request and identify the account or dealership organization that should be deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Data that is deleted
Deletion covers the Car Dealer Tracker account profile and associated app data that you are authorized to delete, including dealership organization records, vehicles, expenses, sales, clients, parts, debts, reports, and cloud-synced images.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, purchase history, backups, or other legitimate service obligations. Subscription and transaction records managed by Google Play, Apple, Paddle, or RevenueCat follow those providers' retention requirements.
Processing
We review email requests after confirming account ownership. Active account data is deleted after the request is verified and approved. Backup copies and provider security logs may remain temporarily until their applicable retention periods expire.
