Using the app
Car Dealer Tracker is provided to help dealers organize inventory, expenses, sales, clients, team access, parts, reports, and related business records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for reviewing important business or financial decisions before acting on them.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for controlling who has access to your organization or dealership workspace. Team roles should be assigned carefully, especially when financial information is involved.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription or trial. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled by the relevant app store and RevenueCat. For iOS subscriptions, Apple's standard terms apply unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or misuse data belonging to another dealer, customer, employee, or organization.
No professional advice
The app can calculate, organize, and display business information, but it is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions that require professional judgment.
Service changes
Features, pricing, integrations, and availability may change over time. We may update the app to improve security, reliability, compliance, and user experience.
