Using the app
Car Dealer Tracker is provided to help dealers organize inventory, expenses, sales, clients, team access, parts, reports, and related business records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for reviewing important business or financial decisions before acting on them.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for controlling who has access to your organization or dealership workspace. Team roles should be assigned carefully, especially when financial information is involved.
Subscriptions
Some features require an auto-renewing paid subscription or trial. Web subscriptions are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle calculates and collects applicable tax, issues receipts, processes payment methods, and provides the billing portal used to cancel a web subscription. Unless canceled before renewal, the selected plan renews for the same billing period at the price shown before checkout.
The annual web plan includes a 7-day free trial and is first charged on day 8 unless canceled before the trial ends. The monthly web plan is charged immediately and has no trial. App-store subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the relevant store. RevenueCat synchronizes subscription status across supported devices.
Refund eligibility is subject to the terms and consumer protections that apply to the original billing provider. Canceling stops future renewals but does not itself refund a completed charge.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or misuse data belonging to another dealer, customer, employee, or organization.
No professional advice
The app can calculate, organize, and display business information, but it is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions that require professional judgment.
Service changes
Features, pricing, integrations, and availability may change over time. We may update the app to improve security, reliability, compliance, and user experience.
