14-day refund, no exceptions
Web subscriptions on cardealertracker.app are sold by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can get a full refund of any payment made through Paddle — your first payment or any renewal, on the monthly or the annual plan — if you ask within 14 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason, and there are no exceptions.
Free trial
The annual web plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged if you cancel during the trial. If the first payment is taken on day 8, the 14-day refund window starts on the day of that payment.
How to request a refund
Email hello@cardealertracker.app from the email address you used at checkout, or include your Paddle receipt or order number. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the money back on your statement.
After a refund
A refund ends the Pro access paid for by that payment. To stop future payments as well, cancel the subscription, or say so in your refund email and we will cancel it for you. Your dealership records are not deleted.
Canceling
You can cancel at any time from the Paddle billing portal linked in your receipt. Canceling stops future renewals, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you also want your money back for a payment, request a refund within 14 days of that payment.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone, iPad or Android app are sold by Apple or Google, not by Paddle, and only they can refund those purchases. Request an App Store refund at reportaproblem.apple.com and a Google Play refund from your Google Play order history.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law or under the Paddle Buyer Terms.
