Dealer & founder
The original lot. Still the first person a messy profit number has to survive.
Since 2022 · United Arab Emirates
Car Dealer Tracker started on the lot, not in a boardroom. We were buying, preparing, and selling cars ourselves — and the books never lived in one place. So we built the app we wished we had.
In 2022 we were independent dealers. The work was familiar: buy a car, fix what it needs, find a buyer, collect the money, and somehow know if the deal actually paid.
The inventory lived in photos. Costs lived in receipts. Follow-ups lived in chat. Profit lived in someone’s head. Every evening we reconstructed the same story from pieces that did not talk to each other.
We also had one unusual advantage: we were close to IT. So instead of waiting for a giant DMS to become simple, we built a small one that felt like a dealer wrote the spec.

Enterprise dealer software assumed a back office, a title clerk, and a finance manager. Spreadsheets assumed someone would keep them current after the tenth car of the week.
Independent dealers needed something else: one record per vehicle, costs stuck to that vehicle, a buyer next to the car they want, and a profit number that still makes sense after recon.
That is still the whole product. Inventory, expenses, sales, CRM, parts, reports, and now AI assistants reading the same books — without turning the app into a corporate suite.
Car Dealer Tracker is still a five-person team. Dealer instinct, product, design, engineering, and support sit at the same table. There is no layer between a complaint from the lot and the next release.
The company is based in the United Arab Emirates. The app ships in thirteen languages and fourteen regions because our dealers are not in one country — and neither is the problem.

Turns “this is how we actually sell cars” into screens that stay out of the way.
Keeps the interface quiet so numbers, photos, and status stay readable on a dusty phone.
Local-first sync, roles, money math, and the MCP server assistants use.
Answers dealers in their language and feeds the next week of the roadmap.
Car Dealer Tracker now runs on iPhone, iPad, Android, and the web. Dealers in more than a dozen regions use it for inventory, costs, sales, CRM, and real profit.
The rule has not changed: if a number cannot be traced to a vehicle, a receipt, or a sale, it does not belong in the app.

Investors, partners, and acquisition conversations go to the owner at aydmaxx@gmail.com. Product feedback can use the same address.
Free to download on the App Store and Google Play. The same account opens the web workspace.
