Vehicle and dealership records keep purchase price, sale price, and expenses in one traceable history, and dealership data can be exported to PDF, Excel, or CSV for an accountant. The app records the figures; it is not a VAT accounting or MTD (Making Tax Digital) submission tool.

Yes. The app is local-first, so vehicles, photos, costs, and buyer notes can be captured at auctions and on the lot in weak coverage, with queued changes synchronizing to the cloud when connectivity returns.

Car Dealer Tracker is not a full US or UK DMS: it does not include desking, F&I, lender submission, state or DVLA contract printing, inventory syndication to marketplaces, or BHPH servicing. Those limits are published openly so dealers can judge the fit.
